Active Directory Unlock Users is a small application reciding in the tray bar, and is used for instantly unlocking computer accounts in an Active Directory enabled environment. Active Directory Unlock Users can also be used to delegate Unlocking user accounts to end users without compromising security of the Active Directory. With smart encryption, unlocking credentials can be set as as a global user that does not need to be the currently locked on user. Delegating the Unlocking of user accounts with AD Unlock Users is used by more than 500 international companies who on average have more than 7 licenses running throught their organisation. IT suport staff ends up getting more efficient in their work as with AD Unlock users, IT support staff quite often get notified about locked out accounts faster than the end-users know that their accounts have been locked out, and it that way makes the IT-Departments more pro active in their services towards the business. |
